Spring Hill Home Repair Checklist

Use this before calling about a punch list. A clear scope helps everyone understand the work and makes estimates easier to compare.

1. List Every Task

Number each repair separately. Note the room or exterior area and what is damaged, loose, missing or being installed.

2. Take Clear Photos

Take one wide photo for location and one close photo showing the repair area, hardware or damage.

3. Add Measurements

Measure openings, wall areas, flooring areas or mounting locations when dimensions affect materials or labor.

4. Identify Materials

Note whether materials are already onsite or need to be supplied, and include brand/model information when relevant.

5. Check Project Scope

If work may affect structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, roofing or other regulated systems, verify permit and licensing requirements first.

6. Prioritize

Mark urgent repairs separately from cosmetic or optional work so the most important items can be addressed first.
